Come stay at our fully renovated 3 bedroom / 2 bathroom Cottage located in the heart of Livingston Manor. It has all the key features and amenities you are looking for to enjoy your stay.
Brand new open kitchen, separate dining room that opens up into the backyard, and spacious living-room with a cozy wood burning fireplace.
Outdoor space - the beauty of being perched atop Shandelee Mountain are the wonderful views. We want to make sure you can take them in, so we have sliding doors that open up onto the deck and backyard. Plenty of space to lounge around, start a fire, and enjoy the peacefulness of the outdoors.
If you want to cook a few meals at home, you will find a large open kitchen that is equipped with all the essentials. There is a dining table for 6.
The master bedroom has a Queen sized bed and an on-suite bathroom which is newly renovated with tilework throughout.
The first guest bedroom is equipped with a Queen sized bed, reading chair, closet, and plenty of natural light. We also have a 3rd bedroom that has two twin size beds & a separate closet to store your belongings. Perfect to help accommodate a slightly larger group and make sure everyone is comfortable.
All beds boast Sferra linens and we use only Sferra towels for your comfort!
The living area is well appointed with plenty of seating. There is a wood burning fireplace for times when you want to sit indoors and relax, and of course, we offer free WiFi for those who want to stay connected. There is also washer and dryer on site!!
Our guests have the entire space to themselves, we won't bother you! If you need something, just give us a call...anytime.
Livingston Manor is a wonderful, quaint, and ever growing town. You are just a few short minutes away from town, so feel free to take a ride down the hill for whatever you need.
Livingston Manor has everything you need - multiple breweries, a local bakery, wine bar, home goods store, café, a wine shop, antique store, award winning restaurants, & much more. There is a yoga studio on its way and who can forget about Dette Fly Shop!
In addition to Livingston Manor, our home is located just a short drive from other amazing towns like Roscoe, Callicoon, Jeffersonville, Youngsville, Liberty and North Branch - plenty to keep you busy!

I know it sounds crazy, but Uber hasn't made its way up here yet. Long and short of it is ya need a car to fully enjoy yourself.
