This house has great ocean and sunset views (and the sound of crashing waves), a large master suite, and plenty to do before you head out and explore the Mendocino and Sonoma Coasts.
At this single-level home, you’ll find a huge hot tub in the backyard, a playroom in the garage complete with a foosball table, a ping-pong table, and an air hockey table. The views from the porch of the Pacific Ocean are second-to-none, and the whole home has gone through a remodel with updated furnishings throughout. The backyard is fully fenced so bring your four-legged friend (for an additional fee).
The master suite has a king-sized bed and a large tub in the master bath. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed and nearby full bathroom. The third bedroom, also known as the bunk room, has three bunk beds for a total of six twin beds (plus two more twin beds under the bunks for extra sleeping), and a full-size bathroom, perfect for families with kids. The kitchen has all the amenities you’d find in a well-stocked home. This home also has three televisions and a wood-burning stove for those days when you’d rather stay-in to recharge your batteries.
When you’re ready to explore the surrounding area, you can walk the dog-friendly Gualala Bluff Trail or into quaint downtown Gualala for groceries, great coffee, local galleries and plenty of places to snag a bite.
