Large 2 acre lot with easy access to 565, Huntsville airport, Madison Hospital, The Orion and much more. Enjoy the beautiful details of this home. Historic Downton Madison is nearby with cool shopping, restaurants and coffee shop! 1.2 miles to Palmer Park!

Three bedrooms each having its on ensuite bathroom. Two king beds, one queen. Large living room area with flat screen TV. White oak flooring throughout the home with massive 12 foot ceilings and beautiful architectural details. Kitchen table to seat six, huge front porch with two acres of property surrounding the home.

There is a train track that runs near the historic James Bibb house. We have done extensive soundproofing and insulation to mitigate the train whistle. We include sound machines and ear plugs in every room just in case.

Summary: What a beautiful property. Of all the homes we have rented in the area to date, this was by far and away the best. While we didn't stay in it ourselves as we live relatively close by, all four of the friends who did stay here were in agreement... It was a real treat to stay in such a well-furnished, historic home in a lovely quiet neighborhood. The next time we need to rent a property for friends from out of town to stay in, we hope and pray that this one is available. Great hosts as well. What more could you possibly ask for?
