Colle sul Lago is an old red-brick farmhouse on the top of a gentle hill, just outside the small hamlet of Binami, overlooking Lake Montepulciano. From the green garden you can enjoy the view of the lake amidst the thick vegetation that will guarantee you shade and coolness. Relaxing and restful during the day, in the summer heat, and fascinating at night with the small lights in the distance. You can sit under the tall trees, with a book or a glass of wine, contemplating it and enjoying the beautiful views it offers.
Colle sul Lago is located in a special position, in absolute peace, yet within easy reach of several towns and places of interest. You can easily reach the towns of Montepulciano, Chiusi, Castiglione del Lago and Cortona, which offer not only restaurants and cafés for your evenings out, but also museums, wine cellars, monuments and works of art of all kinds to keep you busy during your holiday. About 10 km away you will find Lake Trasimeno, where you will discover well-equipped beaches and can practise your favourite water sports, or you can use the ferries to visit the islands, an activity very nice and suitable also for children.
We absolutely recommend you try the local cuisine, between Umbria and Tuscany, you will not regret it!
For your days spent at home, in the open air, there is a large shady park surrounded by areas equipped for relaxing outside with gazebos, benches, tables and umbrellas, and the beautiful private and fenced swimming pool (size 6x12 m, depth 1.00-1.50 m - open from 01st May to 30th September), where you can enjoy an aperitif by the pool, on the sun loungers in the solarium. For your children there is a play area next to the pool.

MAIN HOUSE
PEGASO. Ground floor apartment with entrance on living-dining room with single sofa bed and kitchenette, double bedroom and bathroom with shower.
CASSIOPEA. Ground floor apartment with entrance on living-dining room with kitchenette, 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with shower, one of which is suitable for people with reduced mobility.
Pegaso and Cassiopea can be connected to each other.
ORIONE. First floor apartment with access via external staircase and panoramic terrace (shared with Orsa Maggiore), with entrance onto living-dining room with kitchenette, double bedroom and bathroom with shower.
ORSA MAGGIORE. First floor apartment with access from external staircase onto living-dining room with kitchenette and single sofa bed, double bedroom and bathroom with shower.
Orione and Orsa Maggiore can be connected to each other.
SMALL FARMHOUSE
LA SOLITUDINE. Independent house on 2 levels with entrance on small passageway, double bedroom and bathroom with shower. An internal staircase leads to the upper floor where there are two double bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and a large living-dining room with fireplace and kitchenette and with exit at garden level onto a terrace equipped with table and umbrellas.
In one of the bedrooms it is possible to add a single bed for a child.
On the ground floor of the house there is the laundry room, with washing machine, iron and ironing board and a freezer.
In a separate building, a few metres from the main farmhouse, there is a common room furnished with tables, chairs and a fireplace, where you can gather. Here you will also find a small library in various languages at your disposal.
