La villa si trova nella zona collinare residenziale più prestigiosa della città di Verona, il cui centro è raggiungibile in cinque minuti di auto. La casa dispone di parcheggio privato ed è servita dai mezzi pubblici.
La casa ha due piani per un totale di 250 metri quadrati ed è immersa nel verde e circondata da un ampio parco di 1,2 ettari. Il tranquillo giardino e la sua piscina (17mx7m) con acqua salata sono a disposizione degli ospiti. L'ampio parco che circonda la casa è inoltre dotato di un parco giochi per bambini. In un recinto ci sono diversi animali, tra cui un asino e una pecora. - Primo piano: cucina attrezzata, sala da pranzo con finestre, ampio gazebo esterno con tenda da sole e divani, soggiorno, studio, bagno.
- Secondo piano: camera matrimoniale con vasca idromassaggio e vista sulla città, una camera singola con letto aggiunto e due doppie con un secondo bagno con doccia e sauna.
L'ampia sala è arricchita con opere d'arte e un grande camino.
All'esterno c'è un giardino con vista panoramica, un gazebo e la possibilità di avere un barbecue, un ampio parco con giochi per bambini e una piscina di acqua salata di 17 metri.
Abbiamo ping-pong professionale.
I mezzi pubblici (autobus) sono a pochi metri dalla casa.
La zona è molto tranquilla e prestigiosa, con ottimi ristoranti, cocktail bar e tennis club a pochi passi. La casa è dotata di WIFI, aria condizionata, cassaforte. A poche centinaia di metri ci sono importanti punti di attrazione turistica. L'Arena di Verona offre una stagione lirica di fama mondiale e Verona, come Firenze è una città d'arte ricca di storia e organizzata la città dell'amore.
Verona offre percorsi etnogastronomici e vini straordinari! Il Lago di Garda è a 40 minuti a piedi dal lago; Venezia, Padova e Mantova sono raggiungibili in poco più di un'ora! Verona soddisfa ogni tipo di turista e ti diamo il benvenuto nel suo cuore più bello!

Location description : WE LIVE IN ONE OF THE MOST BEAUTIFul italian cities, as important as florence and we are in the most prestigeous green residential area of the city. We are in a very elegant villa full or art , painting , sculptures and elegant furnitures, well equipped and with wifi and air conditions. The pool is very big 17x7 meters and with bio salty water ideal for the children's skin. It is a huge park and big solarium and we are creating in these months a park with contemporary sculptures ! Children can play in the outdoorgames. One gazebo with table and sofa is in front of the kitchen and a weber barbeque are at disposal of our guests and second gazebo is in front of the pool.

on the first level of the garden there is a covered patio with sofa and table , another sofa and two sunbeds and enjoyable view on the pool area.
behind the house there is the play ground area with calcetto and professional tennis table and children playground area.
in front of the villa a large fenced area with free animals the children love to feed. on second level of the garden large solarium area and private pool exclusive use of the clients large 8 meters and long 17 meters with sea salt bio system.
the owners may use the pool when clients are not in the area.
the parking is inside the garden.
the owner live in separate area of the garden and do not enter in all the private exclusive area of the clients unless they need to repair or the gardener come to water or take care of garden. we all respect very much the privacy.
there are two floors each one facing the garden with many windows. On the first floor a dining room like a window garden with glass doors to the patio, connected to the kitchen, and near the toilet.large entrance and a living room with teo sofra, tv flat screen and fireplace. studio separate by glass window with large bureau and two comfortable arm-chairs.

the second floor has two double bed rooms with french and queen size beds, one bathroom with shower and one double bed rooms with separate beds. there is also a suite rooms too with a wardrobe rooms and a golden moisaic bathrooms with double jacuzzi and shower. the rooms has wonderful view on the surrounding park. total numbers of the double rooms is 4.

In our area we have a nice canteen and five very nice restaurants in walking distances .
It is the green area of the city and you can enjoy from few spots in the surrounding of a wonderful view on the city.
we have freen areas to make jogging .
The bus station is one minutes walking from the house . A tennis club is very close.
For young people we have two pubs reachable in 5 minutes.
The city historical hearth is reachable in less then 5 minutes
We are in the most prestigeous green residential area of Verona as we are less then five minutes from the center.
As described we are in a large park with exceptionally large private pool , This is the heaven for one or two families of friends . We live in the premises and we can offer to our clients also cooking experience or ceramic classes . We support them also giving advises about restaurants , tours wines, art visits and all touristic informations they may need..
