4 Bedroom House with Parking, Security and Sports
The "Villa Marion" is a detached house with its own garden and about 130m² of living space. The house was built around 1920 on a hill in the immediate vicinity of the city center. The distance to the castle is 300 meters.
Each of the approx. 10-12m ² bedrooms is individually designed. B. one of the rooms has a four-poster bed. One room is on the ground floor and has two single beds, the other three are double rooms on the first floor.
The kitchen on the ground floor has every convenience, from the microwave to a gas stove with oven to the dishwasher. Crockery, cutlery and glasses as well as pots and pans are of course available in sufficient quantities.
In the large living-dining room - also on the ground floor - there is a dining table where everyone can find space. You can relax together in the cozy seating area or watch your favorite program on the large 40-inch flat-screen TV. You can receive various European programs. WiFi is also available free of charge.
The bathroom on the ground floor has a bath, shower and sink and is equipped with a washer-dryer. A separate toilet is also on the ground floor.
A second bathroom was installed on the first floor in January 2016. There you will find a bathtub, sink and toilet.
The large garden invites you to relax, also from here you have a wonderful view. We provide sufficient garden furniture for you. You are welcome to grill in the garden or on the terrace, you would have to bring a grill.
Dogs are of course welcome (please make sure to state this when making your booking request), in the Bad Bentheim quarries and forests you will be able to go on wonderful explorations and walks with your four-legged friends. The back garden is completely fenced, so that your dogs can run freely.
You can park your car comfortably in the yard directly in front of the house entrance.

Important: Bad Bentheim is a spa town and therefore guests have to pay tourist tax of EUR 1.50 per person per day (or EUR 0.75 for children), which is not included in the rental price and will be charged separately upon arrival!
