Summary: I actually had to cancel my stay as I stood in the lobby. My mother has dementia and just wanted to get home. She and I had a very tense time in the parking lot, but clerk Marisa was such a big help! She offered snacks for my mother and tried desperately to see if the stay could be tefunded. (It couldn’t). Because of her kindness and the kindness of a bystander, LeAnn, I give this hotel 5 stars!
