Holiday House Maresol8 is a cottage by the sea with Caribbean characteristics. Leaving the gate of the house was at the beach with a sea front which is one of the most beautiful and cleanest of all the coast. We are in Via Salette n. 65 where a pedestrian gate leads to the house by the sea. It 's all very pleasant and in tune with a made holiday sea sun and beautiful sunsets. The house is very large of over 60 sqm interior with large outdoor area and garden. A patio on the sea and a pleasant garden behind make the paradisiacal location. All the sea provides a feeling of well-being and relaxation, and children can take advantage of it for their outdoor games and the beach. Even the hours of the afternoon in the garden, on the beach or under the patio is pleasant in every season for a good book or chat with friends or simply relax with a good cup of tea and maybe a good book. We are located one kilometer from the town center and a comfortable pedestrian and bike path makes it a pleasure to go to town for evening outings and for daily shopping. The house has direct access from the house to the sea. The location of the house is great for those who want a full-immersion in the tranquility of the sea a bit 'far from the fun and bustle of the more tourist center of Sperlonga. I remind the kind guests that, throughout Sperlonga, the residence tax fully paid to the Municipality of Sperlonga came into effect to improve the tourists' welcome. This amount is € 1 per day per person (children under 14 are exempt) and must be paid in cash at check-in.

House Rules
The check-in time is fixed at 15:00 but can be flexible and if the house was free from the evening before your arrival, you can safely enter already from 12:00. Check-out time is 10:00.
Our house is very well looked after and we would like our guests to love it the same way. The prayer is not to make annoying noises in full respect of the neighboring people and not to smoke at home.
If the guest causes damage, this must be reported immediately to the person in charge of the house. The guest is responsible for any damage caused. No security deposit will be required but credit card information (no prepaid) will be requested. Damage caused will be charged even if found after check-out.
Our 4-legged furry friends are welcome only if authorized. An extra fee of € 20 per night will be required up to a maximum of € 100 depending on the extra cleaning. Maximum 2 pets are allowed.
We advise you however that there are no beaches that allow animals to enter Sperlonga.

A ride around
