8 Bedroom House with Laundry and Air Conditioner
Enjoy the familiar feel of home in this inviting North Collinwood colonial just steps away from Lake Erie and 15 minutes from downtown Cleveland. The living quarters include a family room with wood burning fire place, a sun room, and a full kitchen with breakfast nook. The front porch and back courtyard offer outdoor living space, but an easy walk to the end of the street provides guests with unobstructed views of Lake Erie. Less than a mile away is Wildwood beach. Can't beat those sunsets!
The space

First floor: The open living room with wood burning fireplace is a great space to relax, enjoy conversation, or read a book. French doors lead to the sun room, or as we call it, the TV room. A comfortable sectional sofa is surrounded by windows, which makes it a great space to relax and stretch out. At night it becomes a cozy den for movie watching. A half bath is conveniently located between the TV room and rear entrance to the home. The kitchen is appointed with a full sized refrigerator, stove, microwave, oven, coffee maker, blender and toaster. An oak booth which once lived in a popular local restaurant is a comfortable and casual place to enjoy breakfast or any meal. There is also a formal dining room with seating for four.
Second floor: All guest bedrooms and full bathrooms are located on the second floor. The first guest room has a double bed and closet space. The second guest room has two twin sized bed and closet space. The third bedroom has twin sized bunk beds. These rooms share the full bathroom at the top of the stairs. The master bedroom includes a queen sized bed, decorative fireplace, walk-in closet, and an en suite bathroom with two vanities, a shower, and a claw foot soaking tub.
Outdoor space: The front porch is one of our favorite areas to enjoy our morning coffee. The backyard is a work in progress, but from the rear entrance of the home there is a breezeway with French doors that leads to a small green space and a courtyard area with a bench. Please note: there are not lake views from the house.
The home is within 1 mile walking distance of Cleveland Metroparks Wildwood Park and Villa Angela Beach, or as locals know it, the once famous Euclid Beach Park.
