Summary: We had a nice stay overall. There were a few supplies missing when we arrived, but a property manager brought them right away. The place is as described, and the hot tub was really nice and easy to figure out. The kitchen had all the pots, pans, plates, etc. but nothing plastic/items for kids. That was fine as my kid is good at being careful. Others may want to bring more kid-friendly plates, cups, silverware, etc. The down side: the place needs some new things and repairs. Mainly, the master bed was very uncomfortable: the frame was uneven/looked unstable, the mattress really worn out/big dips. My husband & I even switched to the other bedroom because it was so uncomfortable. The same goes for the bunk bed room mattresses. Other things that need repairs or replacing: a lot lamps/lights didn’t work or were unstable/too dim, most blinds didn’t open/close or have the parts to do so, garage door let in a lot of cold air that make the heat turn on frequently (so the bedrooms were too warm but living room was cold), the driveway was plowed once before we arrived, but not well and not again during our 5-day stay (it snowed a few times), the front deck/entrance was slick from snowmelt. I think this place could be the perfect cozy cabin if it was updated/maintained better. If the beds were more comfortable, I’d stay here again.
