Summary: The host has great communication & the property is a cute little older home in a neighborhood not far from lots of fun Nashville stops. The beds were comfortable & the shower was nice. There were a couple spots that needed some cleaning attention. Specifically the mirrors & the kitchen cabinets. But in general it was clean & smelled nice. Our main, small issues were: it got very hot in the house. Up to 81. It was very hot in Nashville that day & the a/c was trying it just could not keep up. We went & bought a couple fans. Also the WiFi was not good & was very glitchy. We could not even watch a show as a family. Overall it was a good stay with great communication - just be aware it is an older home that has older home issues.
