In the winter enjoy skiing in nearby resorts of Bromley, Magic, Stratton and Okemo. Bromley Mountain, only 5 minutes away, is great for kids as well as for novice and intermediate skiers. It is so close, you can come back to the house for lunch and then back to the mountain. Two excellent x-country skiing centers, Wild Wings and Viking Nordic, are less than 10 minutes away.
