Negative: The renewed parts of the hotel are quite anonymous, not at the level of the well known Bayrischer Hof. Looks like a medium level hotel. The lounge and lobby are poor, the warmth of the previous set up is lost. The caffè area at the entrance is extremely poor in furnishing.

Summary: Had trouble flying in from Saudi Arabia. Given force majeur circumstances, the hotel charged the first two nights almost
