Positive: It’s the 4th time we’ve stayed here, when we got there this time we were told the restaurant & bar were closed , due to decorating (I think) would have been nice to know in advance as we had driven from Reims (10 hrs on our way to Italy) The door to the bathroom on our shower didn’t work, the nice young man at reception gave us another room. Sauna/ spa was great

Negative: If we’d known about the lack of restaurant in advance we could have changed hotels as we were hungry after a 10 hr journey
