Positive: Once in the hotel was bright and very clean. The room was good with a good bed. Clean linen and towels. Despite the proximity of the road outside it was quiet. Shower room with good shower. Clean. Towels were OK. All in all good. The hostess was pleasant and helpful despite my behaviour!? Breakfast was offered.
Negative: The hotel was shut with a ‘Complet’ sign on the door. Despite check in until 20:00. No telephone number to ring. The attached bar was likewise shuttered. All doors locked. Despite ringing the door bell and knocking the door there was no answer. No instructions as to how to get in. The one window I could see in had an unmade bed. I resorted to banging on all the windows doors and shutters to no avail. I had to ring Booking.com customer service. Finally the hostess did appear. WIFI hopeless. Not a good experience.
