Summary: My husband and I spent six nights at the Karbelsun Hotel and were overall very satisfied. When we arrived 11 hours before check-in, the staff immediately showed us a place to relax. A very friendly employee even gave us a plate with two sandwiches. Unfortunately, we don't know the employee's name, but he worked nights from August 11th to 16th. He had curly black hair and was in his mid-40s. He was particularly friendly, and I can only praise him and am very pleased with his work.
