Summary: Staff were excellent and very friendly, really enjoyed the breakfast buffet. Only two minor negatives to speak of: - The shower was old-fashioned and very weak - tea and coffee in the room was only replenished once in the entire week we were there. Overall we had an excellent stay, great location right by the lake (had a balcony with a lake view), would happily recommend this hotel.
