Positive: The staff tried to make their best to fulfill my requirements but they didn't have the resources. The housekeepers were nice and the lady of the restaurant were really nice people.
Negative: The phone of the room never worked, the light of the bathroom either. The AC of some of the rooms doesn't work good. There is not AC in the comun areas like the restaurant and lobby. The breakfast is the same everyday. Eggs, one little empanadas and one little arepa. The staff try to do their best but sometimes it's out of their reach.
