Positive: We were staying for two nights on our round trip to Mallorca. We really liked the set up of the hotel, the hotel itself is gorgeous, the terraces have a beautiful view of the fields and the town of Valldemossa. The restaurant “de Tokio a Lima” is phenomenal and one of the best restaurants we had so far on vacation. Same goes for breakfast. The staff are also all really attentive and very kind.
Negative: The only thing we didn’t lime unfortunately were the rooms. The room we got was very dark and damp and it had a strong musty smell. This smell was all the room but even more so in the closet. This meant that our clothes and also our towels never really dried. The bathrobe that was in the closet couldn’t be used because it smelled really musty. I personally couldn’t sleep at all because of the humidity in the room and the smell. They offered us another room the next day which was the backup room they have available because the hotel was fully booked and there weren’t any rooms available, however the smell and humidity was still the same and the room was not on the same level as the original one we got. However it had at least 2 windows we could open to get some fresh air. On a positive note, the hotel offered us 20% of our trip, and they made some other goodwill gestures to meet us halfway.
