Summary: This property is huge with four good sized bedrooms. There were 8 in our group, 6 adults and two children. The bedrooms each have a king size bed, we checked that there was extra beds for the children - one ages 13 months and one aged nearly 6. There was a baby cot available but not really the standard I would have expected. More suitable for a small baby than a 13 month old Western baby. There was no extra bed for the other child only a couple of floor cushions and no bedding- again these cushions are normal for Asians to sleep on but not Westerners. The downstairs living area is huge so plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen is adequately equipped for short stays. The outside space and pool is a great area. We had Christmas dinner outside next to the pool. Location is great, far enough away from the hustle of town but only 5 minutes to shops, beaches and restaurants. $200 for cleaning fee is way too much in a place like Thailand especially when there is no mid rental clean and/or linen change. Houses in hot humid countries do not fair well when not being used and this house is no different. It would benefit from regular airing and some maintenance.
