Guests are required to submit soft copies of their passports prior to the check-in date.
Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out is no later than 11:00 AM. If guests delay the cleaners from beginning their cleaning at the predetermined check-out time, an additional charge of AED 150 per hour applies from 11am up until 1 pm. After 1 pm, guests will be charged AED 1000 for the late check-out and cleaning delay.

Smoking is only allowed in the balcony. Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in a fee of AED 3500 for Odor removal, Duct Cleaning, and furniture cleaning.
