Enjoy life on the water at the Sunset Beach HB Harbor home! Jump in the water from your waterfront dock or float down the canal in our 19ft electric Duffy boat. Located directly on canal side of Pacific Coast Highway, steps from the beach, bike paths, PCH, bars and food. Smart TV's in all bedrooms. Jacuzzi. 1650 square ft. Close to Knott's Berry Farm and Disneyland. Steam shower. BBQ. Paddle boards, Kayaks. Close to many food and drink places, within walking distance, head over to Bolsa Chica beach on the weekends for food and live music on the sand during the summer months!
THIS LISTING IS FOR FAMILIES AND GOOD OLD WHOLESOME FUN ON THE WATER. IF YOU ARE COMING HERE TO GET DRUNK, PARTY, PLAY LOUD MUSIC, AND STAY OUT PAST A RESPECTABLE TIME this is NOT the listing for you. Our neighbors are all close to us and if we get any complaints you face the risk of losing your deposit and leaving the rental immediately.
Bedroom 1 has a king bed.
Bedroom 2 has a queen bed.
Bedroom 3 has 2 bunk beds and a spare twin mattress.
The fully equipped kitchen allows you to cook your ideal meals during your vacation.
Kayaks/Paddleboards/Duffy: You will have to sign our waiver in order to borrow these. The duffy is an added commodity to this rental, if it happens to be out of service, or something isn't working properly on it, this cannot be a reason to cancel your reservation.
The home is conveniently located in a prime location for dining, shopping, beach and water activities.
You will not have access to our garage.

Check-In: Tenant agrees that rent commences no earlier than 4pm on the day and date indicated on our agreement. Early check-in may be permitted if the house is ready, and must be pre-arranged.
Check-Out: Tenant agrees to vacate the premises no later than 10am on check-out day. Tenant's security deposit shall be forfeited if you do not vacate the premises by 10am unless otherwise agreed to in writing. Late check-out may be permitted if there is no new tenant arriving the same day, and is pre-arranged.
Quiet Hours: Sound travels on the water. Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am, please be mindful. If we get a fine from the city, you will be fined.
Dock gate: Keeping the gate shut at all times is part of your responsibility when staying on the water. We are NOT responsible for children getting out onto the dock and potentially falling in the water.
Jacuzzi: You must be cleanly showered when using jacuzzi, always rinse off in between jumping in the harbor and using the jacuzzi, and after going to the beach before using the jacuzzi. You will be charged for any sand in the jacuzzi. Our jacuzzi is serviced once a week to keep it as clean as possible. No children are allowed in jacuzzi. No sunscreen in the jacuzzi. Salt water, sunscreen, sand, and urine will ruin our jacuzzi. These rules are in place to keep you and future guests safe and able to enjoy.
This property is located directly on Pacific Coast Highway (a very busy street) there is a potential for noise, especially on the weekend nights. Since you were made aware of this, this cannot be a reason for cancelling.
Kids room: Smart TV, Wii, PlayStation4, Nintendo switch consoles. Karaoke machine. Limited games, bring your own games. Guitars are for Wii. Walkie talkies. Legos, gear building legos. Children’s books age 1-12. Monopoly, apples to apples (children’s version), smart games, I spy, etc.
