Rental subject to condo board approval. Sorry no pets and no smoking. There are some vehicle restrictions as well, please ask if you have something other than a car or SUV (truck beds must be covered).

Summary: We were greeted upon arrival by the owners who gave us a tour of the condo and surrounding property. The pictures are what you will see but it was the small details that made our three month stay feel like we were at home. From a welcome book and champagne in the fridge we were delighted. Kitchen has all the dishes, pots and pans you need. Cleaning supplies were ample as were the linens. The sunset view from the screened porch, manatees and dolphins while swimming in the heated pool or relaxing in the hot tub literally steps from the door were amazing. Highly recommend this property.
