Summary: We had highs and lows at this hotel Good: Shuttle service to airport and Marta Quiet Bad: Customer service was lacking by most staff. They were late checking us in by an hour so I ordered a drink while I waited and the gal took her sweet time making it. Another guest and I asked multiple times if she had forgotten. Breakfast was sub par, food, silverware and coffee were constantly out and if you asked they were irritated. I asked a shuttle driver to wait a minute because my friends were on the elevator heading down and she said she wouldn’t wait. Only 2 towels in our room and the pull out bed had no bedding and was junk. We couldn’t even sleep on it.
