Positive: The hotel is well located by the lake and close to the centre of town. It looks nice from outside (hence our choice on Booking.com), the problem is inside ...

Negative: The cleanness in general. Certain parts of the rooms were really dirty. One example, the fans on the ceiling were so full of dust that when turned on, they would spread dust all over the room. We complained to the reception and asked our fan to be cleaned, it was not. Certain common spaces - corridors, stairs - were dirty and really bad looking, worse than the corridors of teenagers dormitories. On day one (we spent 4 nights), the stairs close to our room were full of sand from the beach. On day 4, it was still the same, no one had cleaned it.

Summary: Need a real makeover in order to remain on Booking.com list of hotels.
