Summary: The staff was very helpful and even allowed us to check in early because our room was ready and this was hugely appreciated. The Small fridge in the room was so helpful! Location was amazing. The only limitation of our particular room was that there was no air-conditioning but it is fair given that we paid a very inexpensive price in the summer months. This also worked out quite fine in the end because it was not too hot, and they gave us a nice fan which made a big difference. I would go back especially since there are dedicated gluten-free restaurants nearby, Marienplatz and subway, are just five minute walk.
