L-shaped living room area has a large, comfortable couch, computer desk, table and chairs. There is a nook with a wide sleeping bench and foam mattress for children or teens. Additionally, a single bed can be provided in the apartment upon request. Bedroom is loft style up a couple of steps and open to living area through cedar/trimmed arches with curtains. Bedroom has a comfy queen bed.
New bar-style kitchen sports cherry cabinets, glass shelving, mirrors and sparkling black granite countertops, stainless steel appliances. Power burner gas cooktop, multi-function convection/microwave oven. Undercounter full refrigerator, separate full freezer, dishwasher, designer deep sink. Fully furnished with dishes, pots & pans, glassware, coffee maker, toaster, blender, etc.
Bathroom has sunken bathtub with shower and sliding glass doors, large vanity cabinet sink and additional wall storage cabinet, natural travertine floor and walls with glass tile finishes. Private laundry room off hallway has full-size washer and gas dryer, closet and storage cabinets.
One off-street parking space is provided at base of driveway (although upper parking area is reserved for the other unit, you may drive up todrop off guests, groceries, etc.). From the parking area below, there is a bridge over the seasonal creek and garden pathway leading to the home.
