The Space:
Upon entering the bright apartment, your eyes will be drawn to the views and the beautiful "outdoor" living space. Retractable glass doors enclose the air-conditioned living/kitchen area and never close off the views. Inside, an L-shaped sofa also acts as a comfortable super-twin rollaway bed for a 3rd guest. A ½ bathroom is located just inside the front door.
The deluxe kitchen is well equipped with a Saeco espresso / cappuccino machine for your morning latte, and a juicer in case you prefer to start the day with a freshly squeezed fruit or vegetable juice. The kitchen is equipped with essential utensils such as salt, pepper, good quality olive oil and, of course, a blender for making margaritas. You will find ample crockery and glassware for 8 people, as well as cutlery and cooking utensils. High quality appliances include a dishwasher, convection oven/microwave, and a stackable washer/dryer (which is located in the small laundry area off the half bath). You'll also find a filtered water faucet in the kitchen and beautiful pitchers in both bathrooms for drinking water.
Open the retractable glass doors and you will experience the full beauty of this apartment .... the lines of indoor/outdoor living blur and you can spend hours watching the light change, the waves wash up on the beach, and the comings and goings on bustling Madera Beach. Zihua's famous sunsets can be enjoyed from anywhere in the apartment and from the rooftop pool. Every sunset is different...and beautiful.
Guest Access:
Guests will enjoy unrestricted access to the apartment, including the exclusive treat of our rooftop pool. The property entrance is private and is one of the few places in the area that has elevator it offers all comforts imaginable - air conditioning for the warm summer days, extra pillows and blankets for comfort, and a first aid kit for peace of mind.

The Neighborhood:
A small quaint fishing village on the Pacific Coast of Mexico – Zihuatanejo has retained its old-world charm as a local fishing village with picturesque cobblestone streets, local markets, artisan shops, and cafes. Getting Around:
The building is situated at the intersection of two districts in Zihua- La Madera and La Ropa. You will virtually be living IN the Madera Beach, while just enough above it to appreciate the rhythm of the beach and the people who use it. You will be able to walk everywhere in 15 minutes if you choose- to downtown and to supermarkets and the Central Market. If walking is not your thing there are waiting taxis right outside the front door. Or you can mix it up by walking down the hill and taxi back home up the hill.
