Positive: Clean condo and grounds, friendly condo staff, and absolutely perfect location. HOA/condo staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect! Would love to stay here again!!!
Negative: The condo we stayed in needed a few pick me ups, and it was obvious things were being worked on, but I still felt like I needed to take pictures of the not so minor issues so that I could document that things were already “not so gently used” prior to our group staying there. The furniture shown in the booking advertisement was not what was actually in the condo, so I’m not sure if what I saw was stock photos copied from another condo, or if we were given a different condo due to the mix up with Booking.com. The local VACASA rep went above and beyond to help fix a booking error with what I thought was a confirmed reservation for an additional night on the front end of our original reservation via Booking.com Turns out the extra night that was ADDED & PAID for via BOOKING.COM was NEVER CONFIRMED!!! I was very upset with the lack of customer service and communication with Booking.com; so much so that I am not sure I will use them again.
