This holiday apartment is located in Marina di Castagneto Carducci, a beautiful village on the Etruscan coast, south of Livorno (Leghorn), in a villa with 4 apartments. The villa is in the midst of a secular pinewood with nearly 1200 sqm of private, fenced garden and at about 300 meters from the sea. All apartments are well-furnished. Being built on a dune each apartment has a private garden. Also available barbecue and plenty of parking space.
Guests also have at disposal our private strip of Maremma pinewood with botanic route and beach with some facilities available such as dressing room, water, bathroom, deckchairs and sun umbrellas, 1 km of distance, small car parking available.
In summertime one can enjoy evening walks to the village centre where the seaside promenade is full of people and interesting cultural events. Starting from these apartments one can discover some of the many medieval Tuscan villages in the surroundings, such as Bolgheri, famous for the Salsiccaia Wine, and Massa Marittima, or visit the ancient Etruscan necropolis of Populonia at 25 km.
This 45 sqm flat is located on the second floor of the villa and has a 60 sqm private terrace for exclusive use.
Access to the flat is via a spiral staircase leading from the garden to the flat terrace. From the terrace, equipped with a table and chairs under a pergola, 2 sun loungers, an outdoor shower and a barbecue, you enter the living room where there is a sofa that converts into a double bed and a wardrobe; On the right-hand side there is a sliding door that opens onto the kitchen with dining table.
The kitchen is fully equipped: 2 electric hotplates, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee machine (both Italian moka and American coffee machine) and dishwasher; next to it there is a sliding door that opens onto the bathroom with shower and washing machine; On the left side there is a double bedroom.
Air conditioning. Guests have access to Wi-Fi Internet and satellite TV.
Our holiday home is only 300 metres from the beach and is surrounded by numerous pine trees. On a plot of approximately 1200 square metres, the two-storey villa houses 4 flats, each with its own terrace.
The town centre is within walking distance and during the summer months numerous concerts and cultural events take place on the promenade. Given the many interesting leisure activities offered by the town, it is not easy to decide whether to go out or stay comfortably at home with your own garden.
Approximately 1,000 metres from the flats north of 'Marina di Castagneto', guests have access to a private property with a botanical trail and seating areas, as well as a changing room, toilets, water, sun loungers and parasols, and access to a free beach.
Marina di Castagneto Carducci is located on the Costa degli Etruschi, south of Livorno and about 30 km from Piombino, the port of departure for the island of Elba. Marina is a beautiful and peaceful village on the crystal clear Tuscan sea. From Marina di Castagneto Carducci you can visit some beautiful medieval villages such as Bolgheri (famous for its Sassicaia wine) or Massa Marittima, as well as the Etruscan necropolis of Populonia (25 km).
