You will enjoy ocean views to the west from every room, as well as mountain views to the east. Enjoy the sunset from your own private lanai, the couch, the bed, the kitchen…you get the idea! An assigned parking space means you won’t have to pay to park while you explore downtown Kona because the ocean, shops and restaurants are just steps away!
The full kitchen has everything you need to make yourself at home with all new appliances. The bedroom has a brand new king mattress as well as a desk, in case you need to get some work done during your stay in paradise. Sliding doors to the bedroom can be closed for privacy. In the living room enjoy the smart tv, with basic cable and WiFi. Sit on the lanai to watch the waves crash, watch the boats go by, or you might even see a whale! Hawai’i charges a total of 17.96% in taxes on short term vacation rentals, this will be included in your total.
