The Istrian house ENI is the ideal holiday base for exploring the surroundings and beautiful Istrian nature. It can accommodate 5 (max.6 persons). The nearest beaches are 2.5 km away and they are a perfect choice for relaxing and swimming. One of the main attractions of House Eni is the peaceful atmosphere created by the trees and flowers in the beautiful Mediterranean garden with a fabulous garden view from the terrace.
In 90 square meters in size, the house enjoys the traditional Istrian kitchen & living area with doors opening out onto the terrace, displaying stunning garden views. For indoor relaxation, you will find a comfy sofa and a flat TV. For alfresco dining with a magnificent view then just step outside onto the terrace where you will find a table and chairs for six.
The traditional fully equipped kitchen is spacious and comes with a stove & oven, fridge freezer, coffee maker, kitchenware, and a table with wooden chairs.
The master bedroom has queen size bed with linen and a wardrobe closet. The second bedroom has a double bed and single bed with linen, and a wardrobe closet.
There is a bathroom with a shower, towels, wash hand basin, washing machine, hair dryer, and toilet.

In the spacious garden, you can enjoy sports activities. An above-ground pool is at your disposal in front of the house (round with a diameter of 3 m) with deckchairs for sunbathing. You can freely use the 2 bicycles that are available to guests. You can also use a punching bag, and play volleyball or badminton. We also recommend walking and jogging. The distance to the sea in Trget is 2.5 km. There are several beaches and two famous restaurants Nando and Martin Pescador.

In the eastern part of Istria, only 3 kilometers from the sea lies the medieval town of Labin, today a town known for its numerous galleries and artists. The most fascinating sight is the central town square with the perfectly preserved loggia and main town gate of St. Flora from the 16th century. Above the gate is the town’s coat of arms and a Venetian lion, a symbol of Venetian rule. While strolling through the town discover the cannon from the Austrian period and many other interesting details.
The rich cultural and architectural heritage of Labin is enlivened by some art ateliers and by the bustling youth gathering in the coffee bars scattered around the old town. The Sculpture Park in nearby Dubrova features over 70 form viva stone sculptures.
