Positive: I don’t usually write reviews, but after reading some of the negative comments here, something really encouraged me to share my own experience. I originally booked this hotel for two nights. It felt good, so I extended my stay by three more nights. After that, I ended up canceling my trip to Thailand and stayed here for an additional two weeks. I’ve seen a few comments describing this place as boring or lifeless. I think some people confuse “quiet” with “boring.” This is truly a place for healing and slowing down, a chance to escape the noise and pollution of the city while still being close to nature. It’s just a few steps from the beach, with restaurants and cafés nearby, which is more than enough for me. The surroundings may not be perfect, but in my opinion, they are far more pleasant than Sunset Town or Grand World, where you have to listen to fireworks or loud music every night. That can be fun once or twice, but it’s not ideal for a longer stay. As for the hotel itself, I found it to be excellent for the price. I believe some guests expect too much compared to what they are paying. For what I received here, I would easily pay seven or eight times more in the United States. Everything met my expectations, but what impressed me the most was the staff. They do their jobs very well, and you can truly feel that they enjoy what they do. Any questions or issues I had were handled quickly through WhatsApp, which was incredibly convenient. I also spoke with an American family who have been staying here for many years and return every year for their holidays. That alone says a lot. I believe the negative reviews come from temporary emotions of a few guests and do not reflect the true essence of this place at all.
