Wonderfully positioned just above the island capital Vathi, Kallia is one of two equally gorgeous properties (sister villa, Stamatina, sits privately alongside) offering outstanding sea views over gently rolling hillsides, lush greenery and acres of cascading olive groves. With the coast and soaring peaks of mainland Greece on the right, celebrated island of Skorpios taking centre-stage and, to the left a swathe of Lefkada coastline backed by rugged Mount Stavrata, the breath-taking 270° panorama from pool and terraces is amongst the best in our Greek portfolio.
Thoughtfully appointed, this contemporarily styled, attractive home from home has a soothing décor of soft pastel shades, part-exposed stonework and vaulted wood-beamed ceilings.
