Both bathrooms are stocked with plush towels and all other essentials needed for your stay. The first bathroom is located on the main level of the home, right between Bedroom #1 and the kitchen. This bathroom was just fully renovated and features a beautiful tile walk-in shower. The second bathroom is located in the second floor hallway in between bedrooms #2, #3 and #4. This bathroom features all new fixtures and has a walk-in shower.

The dining room, located adjacent to the kitchen, provides a formal setting for medium-sized gatherings with family and friends. The dining table seats 6 comfortably, and there is additional seating for 3 at the kitchen island.

GUEST ACCESS
Guests will have access to all described rooms and amenities. The driveway, which extends to the back of the property, has room for about 10 cars total.
Each bedroom has its own window AC unit in the summer. The first two floors are heated by baseboard heating, and the two third floor bedrooms have electric baseboard heaters.
Please note that there are two other buildings on the property - one right behind the house that was previously used as office space but is currently vacant, and a garage at the back of the property that is used for storage of the owner's belongings. Please do not try to access either of these buildings.
You’ll receive a code for the smart lock for secure and easy entrance into the home.

PLANES, TRAINS & LOGGING TRUCKS:
The Moosehead Lake region has a lot of beautiful sights and sounds that are unique to our area. We have a large population of pilots that visit so it is common to see a seaplane fly over the property or land in the lake right in front of the house. The Canadian Pacific Railway train runs through town periodically at different hours of the day. The vintage steamboat The Katahdin blows her whistle for passengers to board and logging trucks pass through. The Moosehead Lake region is very serene and peaceful, but we want to disclose some of the noises you may hear during your stay.
DOG GUIDELINES:
By booking, you accept responsibility for any damage/extra cleaning your dog causes during the stay. No dogs left home alone, no exceptions. 2 dog maximum, $200 pet fee applied to reservation.
