Welcome to KER IZEL! This large 280m² house, spacious, bright, and equipped with an outdoor jacuzzi offers you all the comfort necessary for an unforgettable stay.
The strong point of this house is its very large wooded garden of 1.5 hectares located in a wood and its welcoming terrace which invite you to relax outdoors. For a moment of absolute well-being, let yourself be tempted by the jacuzzi which is heated all year round, perfect for relaxing after a beautiful day.
When you enter the house, you discover a night area separated from the day area by a corridor, thus providing tranquility.
The night area includes 4 bedrooms. 2 bedrooms are equipped with King Size beds in 180x200, the third bedroom has an electric bed in 160x200 and the last bedroom is equipped with a double bed in 140x190. Two bathrooms are available, one with a shower and the second equipped with a shower and a bathtub for moments of relaxation.
The fully equipped kitchen, open to the dining room and the vast living room, constitutes a true living space, perfect for sharing warm moments with family or friends. Just behind, a practical utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer and freezer makes your stay easier.
Upstairs, a large room with four single beds (90x200) has its own bathroom, ideal for children or friends.
