Our stunning and recently-renovated 2B/2B, private gulf/sailboat saltwater access waterfront home with dock. Located 2 blocks from beautiful, historical, downtown Dearborn Street, and on a canal directly-connected to the intercostal waterway, with access to the gulf via the Tom Adams Bridge. We’re also approximately 5 miles from Englewood Beach.

Our home is located right off the Intracoastal Waterway, so if you bring a boat, all of the Florida gulf coast, including the calmer Lemon Bay, is at your disposal for fun, fishing, and relaxing Florida sun fun.
