The Space:
Upon entering the bright apartment, your eyes will be drawn to the views and the beautiful "outdoor" living space. Retractable glass doors enclose the air-conditioned living/kitchen area and never close off the views. Inside, an L-shaped sofa also acts as a comfortable super-twin rollaway bed for a 3rd guest. A ½ bathroom is located just inside the front door.
The deluxe kitchen is well equipped with a Saeco espresso / cappuccino machine for your morning latte, and a juicer in case you prefer to start the day with a freshly squeezed fruit or vegetable juice. The kitchen is equipped with essential utensils such as salt, pepper, good quality olive oil and, of course, a blender for making margaritas. You will find ample crockery and glassware for 8 people, as well as cutlery and cooking utensils. High quality appliances include a dishwasher, convection oven/microwave, and a stackable washer/dryer (which is located in the small laundry area off the half bath). You'll also find a filtered water faucet in the kitchen and beautiful pitchers in both bathrooms for drinking water.
Open the retractable glass doors and you will experience the full beauty of this apartment .... the lines of indoor/outdoor living blur and you can spend hours watching the light change, the waves wash up on the beach, and the comings and goings on bustling Madera Beach. Zihua's famous sunsets can be enjoyed from anywhere in the apartment and from the rooftop pool. Every sunset is different...and beautiful.
Enjoy your music with a wireless Bose speaker. Connect to high-speed Internet and wifi throughout the apartment to send sunset photos home ..... because you'll want to do it every night!
In the master bedroom, you'll find a new deluxe king size mattress, organic bedding, a flat screen TV for watching Netflix or Hulu, a small safe and ample closets and storage space. The outdoor shower, plush towels, organic linen robes and raw marble counters give the bathroom a luxurious spa feel.
Head to the building's rooftop terrace for spectacular views, the beautiful teardrop-shaped infinity pool, loungers and a brand new grill. It's a great place to watch the sun rise over the mountain at the back of the building. And, of course, the sunsets over the bay are incomparable. The building has an elevator for convenience. The Neighborhood:
The location is everything and you will not be disappointed. At the bottom of the garden you will find yourself at Playa Madera where you can enjoy 'feet in the sand' restaurants, wonderful beach massages, and playing in the waves. Another 10 minute walk down the Paseo del Pescador (the coastal path) and you'll find yourself in charming downtown Zihuatanejo.... restaurants, fish market, and an abundance of stores and sights. A 10 minute walk in the other direction will take you to Playa La Ropa and all the amenities of this world class beach.
Getting Around:
You can rent a bike to explore Zihuatanejo, everything is close by! There is no traffic either.
