Un WC indépendant avec lave-main..
Pour faire du télétravail vous avez dans le studio différents espaces de travail : la table de salle à manger ou le balcon qui peuvent permettre de changer de décor et de travailler à plusieurs en même temps.
Afin de rendre votre séjour agréable, nous mettons en place du linge de qualité hôtelière qui comprend la parure de lit, les serviettes de toilette dont 2 par personne, des torchons, tapis de bain.
Pour tout séjour à partir de 7 nuitées des serviettes de piscine vous seront mises à disposition pendant la saison estivale (Mai-Septembre).
Des raquettes , balles de tennis et boules de pétanques seront mis à votre disposition pendant le séjour.
L'appartement peut accueillir 2 personnes maximum plus 1 bébé ou enfant de moins de 3 ans.

Le studio est très bien situé, au-dessus du centre-ville d'Antibes et de Juan les Pins, dans un magnifique parc arboré, au calme. Il permet de se rendre au centre-ville et activités à pied, tout en étant d’accès facile en voiture. Parfait pour se ressourcer entre deux sorties, ou juste se reposer en vacances.
Commerces à 350m (supermarché ouvert 7/7 6-24h, restaurants à 700m) Plage à 15 mn à pied, centre-ville 10min à pied.
Gare d’Antibes : 6min en voiture, 18min à pied
Nice aéroport : 20 min en voiture
Cannes : 20 min en voiture
Le studio est à 1.1 kilometres (15 minutes à pied ) du Centre International d'Antibes (école de langue).

Transports en commun : arrêt de bus "Roses", ligne 30 -31, à 300 mètres. Cette ligne dessert notamment la plage de Juan les Pins, la plage du Ponteil à Antibes, et la Gare d'Antibes.

La piscine de la résidence est ouverte du 1er mai au 30 septembre chaque année.
Parking gratuit dans la rue, ou parking gratuit au parking du Supermarché Casino ( à 350 mètres).
A noter la présence d'un seuil de 30 cm entre le studio et la terrasse.
Le linge (draps, serviettes) ne sera pas fourni pour les séjours au delà de 27 jours, il sera toutefois possible de le louer avec supplément.
