Summary: When i atrived i was given a room that was NASTY, dirty towells on the bath room floor, the bed was not made the toilet had feces in it ect. I called tge front desk and was given another room.. that night at some point the elevator went out and we had to use stairs.that day. They did fix the elevator but wasent i til late ecening We were never offered any of our money back, bot ecen a down stairs room. I rented a an accessible room because i have a bad leg and back. I feel they were very very unprofessiona,
