We are 3 km. from the E45 motorway.The organic farm of 8 hectares (16 acres) produces extra virgin olive oil, wine, honey, jams, eggs from free-range hens, fresh vegetables.The property is completely fenced off, and there is ample space for parking.
Independent flat, about 72 square metres, on two levels. On the upper floor there is a double bedroom, twin bedroom, bathroom. On the ground floor there is a kitchen, living-dining room, bathroom. Private portion of garden, with garden furniture for outdoor dining.The normal occupancy, on which the prices are calculated, is 4 persons. In the living room there is a comfortable sofa bed which, on request and at extra charge, can accommodate a fifth person.
