Directly ON the water! 2 Giant decks and a Hot Tub overlooking the lake. Our happy home was designed with fun family vacations in mind! We offer SUP's, Kayaks, lots of floaties, a pellet grill, plenty of outdoor seating including a table made from a surf board, cornhole, and unbeatable sunrises & sunsets! FISHERMEN love fishing right off our dock and champion fish have been caught just in front of our seawall:-))
Indoors you'll find lake views on both levels, 2 cushy KING beds, a huge sectional & stone fireplace for snuggling, Ping Pong & games, bunk beds for the kids, 4 TVs and a fully equipped kitchen.
**PETS: We may accept Hypoallergenic, non-shedding, well behaved dogs with PRIOR PERMISSION and for an additional 100$ fee per pet.
The public boat launch (Huey's Landing) and fishing pier is just around the corner. There is a gas station and convenience store a 6 min drive up the road. Laurens and Greenwood SC are each 20 minutes away.
We love to go to The Tiki Bar at Harris Landing, Skipper's for meals and boat rentals, or Break on The Lake for a fancier meal (but still pretty casual).
Boat rentals are available from Skipper's Marina on the lake. If you'd like to bring your own boat, it can be launched at the Public Launch, and tied up at our dock.
This house was built for fun getaways. We added Lots of quirky little design touches to make it unique and memorable; we wanted it to be a place you'd return to every year. Check out the table made from a Surf Board, and VW van in the family room;-)
Feel free to bring your bikes for riding around the subdivision.
