Summary: Fantastic view. Enjoyed the back porch immensely. I felt safe in the home. Everything was clean and organized. Kitchen and bathrooms were clean. Location was fantastic. We drove all around Clear Lake However a few items to consider fixing or replacing all together. Such as the kitchen chairs; that are uncomfortable due worn cushions. The refrigerator door that flies to the left and doesn't stop when opened causing shelves to break free dropping groceries to the floor. The blind above the kitchen sink be cleaned or replaced as the current one is dirty and cruddy from cooking and cleaning. It doesn't allow anyone to open or close easily.Nice big TV! Easy to use and great choices of viewing options. However, the couch in living room has lost its support and could use new cushions. In addition the big round chair next to the TV requires repair as it tilts and wobbles if sitting on the edge. Bar stool seats concave and have no support. Bedspreads are faded and worn. The sheets no longer have a crispness due to the numerous washings. In the master bedroom sliding glass door blind missing on the far right and requires manual intervention to get the right amount of privacy. In the garage, there were bugs on the pillows and blankets. Just a few changes that may make the next renter a bit more comfortable. Thank you for allowing us to spend time in your lake house. Blessings .
