This home certainly has the ‘Wow-Factor'. The gravel driveway, with plenty of parking space for three cars, leads right to the front door. On entering the property, you can't fail to be impressed by the spacious hallway, tastefully dressed with subtle coastal art installations. Glazed double doors lead to a beautiful kitchen/diner/lounge with bespoke kitchen units, Aga, large dining table and two comfortable sofas with French doors leading to the terrace lined with flowering pots and herbs and garden where you can enjoy al fresco dining, or find yourself a spot to enjoy a good book.
A second sitting room on the first floor extends the full width of the property and has sea-views with access to a balcony overlooking the garden and beyond to the Suffolk Coast.
