Positive: We love the location. We love the amenities it has to offer. Apartment is clean and necessities like laundry , and kitchen. It has a good supply of utensils, toiletries , the necessities like paper towel , dishwashing liquid , trash bags ,
Negative: The noise upstairs created quite a discomfort to sleep at night . I don’t know if those are the cleaners , but it was quite audible at night nearing bedtime . Also I would suggest looking into the A/C . The A/C seems to be only localized in the living room . When we turn it down to get a good night sleep , it is still pretty warm in the bedroom. Might need to find out how the cool air can effectively dissipate in the bedroom.
