Summary: I booked this apartment for myself and 5 friends who traveled to Paris for the Paralympic games (end of August/beginning of September 2024). We wanted a great location and a big enough apartment that would allow for (almost) everyone to have their own rooms. This apartment is beautiful and spacious. There isn't air conditioning in the apartment, but the Paris weather cooperated and was beautiful (70s-mid 80s). Opening the windows during the day or at night cooled the apt. The location was great- less than a block from Pereire Metro stop, 10-15 walk to Arc De Triomphe, and there were plenty of Lime (and other) bikes to rent nearby. The neighborhood was quiet during the mornings/evenings so opening all the beautiful windows in the apartment didn't create too much outside noise. The neighborhood has everything you could need either on the same block or the surrounding blocks- grocery stores, restaurants, coffee shops, bars, etc. Delphine, the owner, was great with communication about the the apartment and was accessible by Whatsapp chat to answer any questions. She was also very generous with allowing us a late checkout (and the opportunity to rent the apartment for another night if we needed it, as the para triathlon race we were there to see was post-poned by a day).My only regret is that will all the sightseeing and things to do, we didn't get to spend a lot of downtown just enjoying the apartment. I would definitely come back and rent this apartment again ith a bigger group.
