Completely renovated in 2018, this spacious accommodation with bright colors and a warm parquet atmosphere, will offer you a beautiful, fully equipped convivial space, with a 4m² sunny terrace for your smoking area.
The apartment is fully equipped:
In the kitchen, you will have an induction hob, microwave and oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, Nespresso and Italian coffee maker, plates bowls, glasses, cups, pots ... and everything you need for cooking. A washing machine, iron and ironing board will be at your disposal.
You will also have all the necessary cleaning products.
In the bedroom, we guarantee you an excellent sleeping queue and a storage cupboard.
In the living room, the convertible comfort sofa will allow you to sleep for two, a flat screen TV, WIFI.
