Travel Purpose: business

Positive: Good location with quick access to downtown restaurants. Spacious and well maintained loft. Good communication from the property owner. Overall, good value.

Negative: There is nothing wrong with the room but the restaurant dumpster outside the garage was a mess. There was food all over the floor in front of the garage. We didn't experience any foul smell or flies but it was gross and unwelcoming.

Summary: Great location, tidy facility.
