Positive: Well equipped apartment with everything needed for cooking including decent knives, a great selection of pans, and useful touches such a Tupperware pots to put sandwiches in. Great laundry facilities too, including a clothes airer and a tumble-drier. Dishwasher tablets and laundry powder were provided too, which was really helpful. Great, central location and the pool was a massive bonus on a hot afternoon (pool towels provided). And all with a fabulous view of Mont Blanc and the Aiguelle du Midi cable car from the balcony.
Negative: Location was quite noisy, especially at 2am when revellers were walking home (though the bars local to the apartment weren’t noisy themselves beyond 9pm). The main bed was quite hard; too hard for our preference, but that is personal preference. Collecting the keys from the agent’s office on arrival was a bit of a faff, but partially our own fault for not reading the email thoroughly before arriving and instead just putting the apartment address into GMaps!
