Travel Purpose: business

Positive: The location was fantastic. the property is located in the serene environment with a fantastic view of the mountains. The dogs are lovely and friendly. The wall hangings in the room are fabulous. The property manager was fantastic, welcoming and engages easily with guests. I will stay at the property in my next visit. The kitchen facilities in the room are fantastic. The property has a mini shop with all the necessary basic which provides convenience due to the distance from shops.

Negative: The bed and the headboard made annoying noises with every movement or turn. This is something that can be addressed. The cleaning staff needs to be trained and supervised as the room amenities showed signs of neglect. The toilet bowl has brown discoloration all round suggesting cleaning gaps. Shower compartment tiles have accumulated dust that falls off easily when moved. Termites spreading behind the fridge showing gaps in cleaning and lack of escalation to management.
